Please note that we only install, re-install and remove our extensions only!
Come alone. No additional guests are permitted in order to limit the number of people in the salon at any given time.
There is a 15 minute grace period and it is not void due to any issue. If you are not physically present inside the salon within the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be rescheduled.
***$50 late fee will be charged next time for not arriving within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment.
Do I need to pay the deposit for a consultation?
Yes. Once deposit is paid, your appointment will be accepted and confirmed via text and email between 9am and 6pm. All deposits will be credited to the total cost of services being rendered and the balance will be due at the time of service.
Can I get my deposit refunded if I cancel my appointment?
No. Non-refundable deposit of $75. You can still book a new appointment in the future without having to pay a new deposit. Payment stays on your file.
Can I get my money refunded after installation?
No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow installed hair extensions to be returned to us for a refund for the safety of all of our customers. No exceptions!
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment via appointment reminder text?
No. We do not receive text messages sent to our automated appointment reminder text number.
We respectfully request at least 48 hour notice (excluding Sunday and Monday) for rescheduling of appointments.
To keep your hair damage-free, we do not remove extensions after 3 months.
Your mouth and nose must remain covered with a mask for the duration of your appointment.
