Glam Fairy Hair — Cancellation, Booking & Refund Policy

 

By booking an appointment or placing an order with Glam Fairy Hair, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Please review these terms carefully before booking or making a payment.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

As a courtesy, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.

 

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.

 

The $75 booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the amount of notice provided.

 

Appointment Scheduling & Booking Fee

A $75 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied in full toward your scheduled service, including hair extensions or hair treatments.

 

Once your appointment is confirmed, the $75 booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, a late arrival, or failure to attend.

 

Custom Orders & Additional Fees

​

Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, the deposit and any additional payments made toward the order are non-refundable and non-transferable. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

 

Custom Colour: An additional $50 fee applies to custom colour requests. This fee is non-refundable once the custom colour has been approved or the process has begun.

 

30% Thicker Hair: An additional $150 fee applies to requests for hair that is 30% thicker than the standard amount. This fee is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

 

Invisible Tape-In Hair: An additional $100 fee applies. This fee is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

 

Hair Extensions, Sales & Treatments

​

For hygiene and sanitation reasons, all hair extension purchases, including clip-in, tape-in, and nano-bead extensions, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Payments for hair treatments and extension services are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Please ensure you understand the service, associated costs, and any applicable additional fees before confirming your booking.

 

These policies are subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

 

Late Arrivals

​

We strive to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to perform your scheduled service. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your $75 booking fee will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
